Service and new bike sales are by appointment only. To streamline requests, we ask all customers to request an appointment through this form.

How it works:

• A few days after completing the form you will be contacted to confirm details and set your appointment.
• Your service will be completed within 1-2 days of your appointment unless there are special circumstances.
• You will be provided an estimate when you drop off the bike.
• When your service is complete, we will contact you to arrange a time to pick up. Due to lack of space, we ask you to pick up your bike within 5 days of notification.
